This is currently planned for 2.0. The current version is 1.6 beta1 as of this writing, and 1.6 will be the last 1.x minor release prior to 2.0. There is no date set for 2.0 yet.
Support for showing and editing instances of recurring events using iCal recurrence rules.34 votes
Thanks for the idea. I’ll probably add that at some point, but not sure when yet.
On the day view, if there are events which are "hidden" due to scroll, indicate this (like Outlook).7 votes
Will be added in a future release, not sure when yet.
Woul be pretty cool to have a calendar component voor Sencha touch.4 votes
Not scheduled yet, but definitely on the near-term road map
Would be nice to have the option to search events and then display the results in a grid in a panel. Selecting the record would load the calendar on that day or load details screen.4 votesAdminBrian (Founder, Extensible) responded
I think this would be more of a custom/back end feature? Any non-trivial implementation would have to search the DB (not the client data store) to provide meaningful results.
When entering dates and times, it should be possible to enter more "free form" values and have them parsed into a normalized date/time. For example, entering dates as 3/4/11, 4/5 (default to this year), tomorrow, tues/tuesday (default to next Tuesday), mar/march 5(th), etc. or entering times as 245p, 1425, 2:45p, 02:45pm, 245pm, 245 pm, etc.
Of course, not every single one of these examples needs to be done (and there are probably others), but Outlook and others do support many of them.3 votes
Yes I have this on my radar, but it’s not a trivial task for sure. I’d definitely like that functionality though.
Like gmail calendars agenda view, a list of the events listed chronologically from a day on.1 vote
